Feature: Scanning Customer Documents
Description: Users can now store digital copies of paper documents that were used to activate a customer. Users can utilize different types of scanners and temporarily store scanned documents locally on their PCs as image files. They can go to Account Manager to access these image files under the new tab “Scanned Documents.” Under “Scanned Documents,” users are able to manage documents for a particular customer as well as view current documents.

Description: The Marketing tab has been added to the customer window, which stores additional customer information that can then be used in the Customer List Manager.

Commission Reconciliation Enhancements

Feature: Commission Reconciliation Manager Enhancement
Description: Commission Reconciliation Manager has been completely redesigned with four tabs: “General,” “Matched,” “Unmatched” and “Statistics,” as well as increased reconciliation process capability. Users also have the ability to save carrier unmatched data to the Unified file and have access to a log of past reconciliation processes.

Feature: Carrier File Template Manager
Description: Commission types are now carrier driven and can be spread across multiple columns. Commission types and items can have multiple identifiers in the same column. There is now support for new actions such as Deactivations, Reactivations and Deposits and a set of formulas for matching carrier and client data.

Feature: Commission Payment Management
Description: The manager shows payment information broken down by individual payments and can manage payments and review status and disputes. It has an adjustable data export into the carrier dispute payments file.

Deposit Handling (T-Mobile specific)

Feature: T-Mobile Specific Deposit Handling
Description: There are now two new deposit products; Flex Pay Monthly and Flex Pay Annually.

A new commission item has been added to the commission manager called “Deposit.” When a deposit or Flex Pay Monthly product is sold through the POS, it generates a negative expected commission of “Commission” type under the “Deposit” commission item under commission manager. The “Deposit” commission item doesn’t compute into the activation commission profit in any reports or forms.

A dropdown with system carriers with values (T-Mobile, None) has been added to the carrier configuration screen. This identifies a carrier as a system “T-Mobile” carrier and all custom functionality that is developed in the system for “T-Mobile” will be activated, including Flex Pay.


Master Agent

Feature: Dealer Claimed Transaction Loader
Description: This is a new tool for uploading activation and plan option transactions quickly (100 rows/min) into the system without using the standard activation interface. This tool will be especially useful for a master dealer.

Feature: Sub Dealer Commission Profile Management
Description: The Sub-Dealer Commission Profile Manager is a tool for the management (creating, editing and deleting) of sub dealer commission profiles. The Sub-Dealer Commission Assignment function adds the ability to set sub-dealer commission profiles to the Location Manager.

Feature: Sub Dealer Commission Pay-Out Report
Description: This feature calculates and displays sub-dealer commissions including carrier payments and the sub-dealer profile.
